BIOGRAPHY: Two-year starter awarded All-Conference honors as a senior. Began his college career at Valley Forge Military Academy.
POSITIVES: Athletic blocker with terrific size and movement skills. Blocks with good pad level, slides laterally in pass protection, and displays above-average blocking range. Quickly gets his hands into defenders, jolts them at the point, and walls opponents from the action. Strong, gets movement from run-blocks, and plays with a good degree of explosion. Fluid moving about the field, quickly gets out to the second level, and redirects to linebackers. Can adjust in space and hit a moving target.
NEGATIVES: Bends at the waist or overextends into blocks, which hurts his ability to finish. Struggled with an ankle injury late in his senior season which hampered him through pre-draft scouting events.
ANALYSIS: Otah is an outstanding prospect with a large amount of upside potential. He displayed a good deal of progress as a senior and the arrow is pointing north for him. He must refine the details of his game, yet he is a first-round pick with starting potential at the next level.
